[Help] Removed root, no connection to apps now

I rooted my tablet and it worked fine. I used kingoroot and superuser, everything was good, until I uninstalled both. I can still use Skype, discord, chrome, etc with no problems. I cant use the playstore or some apps. I tried reinstalling both but kingoroot just blackscreens and superuser crashes, so I tried a few different file/root explorer apps to remove the files. They just get stuck on removing, crash, or say I need a rooted device. Please help, thanks :)

Haven't used Kingo in a while but I believe I used ES File explorer to locate and remove the three files Kingo uses to gain root.
I think I was still rooted with SuperSu installed which might explain why you are having trouble removing them.
Did find this at XDA.

Post #9 has links to guides for returning to stock. I've never flashed a LG device so hopefully you can find the info you need in the XDA link.
