Accessories USB to Type C

I just upgraded from a Droid Turbo. I know the Droid Z Force is still pretty new. I was wondering if anyone has found or know of any cables that are out that are a USB to Type C? So I have something to plug into the computer and charge the phone if needed. Really don't like that the charging cord that comes with the phone is built into the charger. Thank you in advance for the help.

Thank you for the reply. I have been looking and I found them at Verizon store. I think to be on the safe side I will just go there and get one.

Well I just"upgraded" lol from the same phone to the same phone as you did, but when I ordered it,
I went ahead and ordered a separate usb type c adapter with the phone. I've not used the charger that came with the phone yet as I kept my old phone for info and wasn't going to only get less than a $40 credit for returning it,
(I only had it a little over the "2yr mark and it stopped ringing, the speaker quit etc) and am still using that charger so until now I was unaware that the cord came attached to the charger. But I'm sorry to say I've not come across any aftermarket adapters to be used with the regular usb cords. All I can suggest is to try to order an adapter mine cost $9.99 and it's a tiny piece of plastic with a tiny piece of metal damn it !!
And yes, It irritates the crap out of me that they've started a whole new type of usb cord , what the hell?!! .... Last rant... ...I swear that the so- called updates the phone co. sends out at the 2 yr mark are designed to screw up the phone in order to sell a new one, this one by the way for the first 5 days after I activated it, update downloads were coming every day. How old is this unit I wonder, why did it need so many downloads??.... Rant over thx for letting me vent...Good luck on finding an adapter. Lisa

I have one of those adaptors on my keychain. Haven't tried it with the quick charge wallwart though. Just hooked up to a regular computer usb port it works fine for some more juice it's just not as fast.
