I will likely have before Christmas until after the 1st off as well. Not paid however. The joys of working for a real butt.... myself.

We just received the best news last night at 8:30 PM
my dear wife who has been fighting for her life, has been pronounced healed and ready to build up her strength to go home.
Her "get out of jail" ( hospital ) date is Dec 23rd....
Her podiatrist surgeon who removed the infected toes, and saved her life called us from his home.
I sent him 4 pictures of her foot and he said in two more weeks she can stand up on it again.
Been a long road since August 19th when I took her to the ER to get an infected toe taken care of...
Yes, this will be a Very Merry Christmas for us all...

As for the thread title, i thought that it was an announcement that @dontpanicbobby has already departed for a holiday holiday. I thought maybe he was walking to Ecuador or something and it was gong to take him 4 weeks to get there.

Flybe... The thing about flying to Ireland from the UK... Is its barely a flight... As soon as you finish climbing, the stewardesses a a few minutes to sell as much as they can... Then the plane starts descending again...
Saw an article yesterday that the guy who owns Ryanair, wants to stop charging for the flights and then cover all the costs for 'extra' services... Like check, luggage, Toblerone... What could possibly go wrong...
