Help Lucky Patcher issue with Samsung SM-T2105 tablet

David☻

Lurker
First time on Android Forums, and hoping one of you lovely people out there could possibly help me with something.
I have installed Lucky Patcher onto my daughter's Samsung SM-T2105 tablet in the hope of dragging applications across to a freshly formatted 32gb sd card... It is rooted, and Lucky Patcher has worked well to rid the applications of Google ads; for some reason, however, when I try to move applications to the sd card, I'm getting an error
Moving to SD Card finished with an error (try again)
pkg:/data/app/com.ea.game.pvzfree_row-1.apk
Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE]
A similar message happens with every application I try to move.
I have checked the SD card by moving media files to it, and it is working fine.
Do any of you fine folk have a solution for this?
Cheers in advance☻

Please stop using Lucky Patcher, developers who do charge something for their efforts deserve to get paid. Apps like Lucky Patcher cheat them out of any earnings.
If your daughter was an app developer, would you want others to bypass paying her for her work?

that's fair enough, and I don't know what other people are using it for, but the only reason I put the thing on in the first place was because I read that it can be used to move things to the card, NOT to rip off apps... and yeah, it should be settings/applications manager/click on an app/move to sd card, just like my phone, but for some unfathomable reason, it doesn't have the move to sd card button... If it had that option, I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of rooting the phone and downloading lucky patcher in the first place☻

If you're rooted you can use Link2SD to move any app. You will need to create a second partition on the card which is easy to do. If you need help with that endeavor I would be more than happy to help. Get that Lucky Patcher off of there first.

P.S. I highly recommend purchasing the Pro key for Link2SD. Plus it might help to realign your karma:)

Fair enough. :)

I've just had a look at the model number of the tablet, it's the 7" kids edition? If yes, that's running 4.1.2 and the ability to move apps to the SD Card was basically disabled in most variants of 4.which is why it's not there via the standard method above.

Links2SD is probably your best option.

lol, I got rid of lucky patcher, and downloaded Link2SD... I would appreciate some help with the repartitioning if if you would be kind enough to do so

You will need a third party application called Partition Wizard or something similar for Windows. If you're using Linux, gparted. I'll look for a tutorial. Basically you need to create a second Primary partition on the card formatted Ext4. The recommendation is no larger than 33% of the cards total size.
