Help Messaging Has Stopped Working

When I try to send a text to some of my contacts, a popup appears showing "Messaging has stopped working". Strangely, there is no problem when I try to text other contacts. Anyone any ideas?

Try a different message app, I use Textra, never a problem

1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to 'APPLICATIONS,' then tap Application manager.
4. Swipe right to the ALL screen.
5. Scroll to and tap Messages.
6. Tap Clear cache.
7. Tap Clear data.
