How many smartphones are you carrying?

I don't use two SIMs all the time. It's usually when I'm travelling internationally to avoid roaming charges.
I have a SIM for calls and textes, and another SIM for unlimited 4G data, so in fact both SIM will be functioning 24/7.

I want to limit the numbers of devices to 2 max and carry a 10400mAh rechargeable battery pack.

It seems that both of us have a similar lifestyle [emoji6]
I actually have 8 phones in total.
1)A Nokia dumb phone that I bought over 5years ago as a back up phone in case of power failures. My city is almost always visited by typhoons and electricity can be gone for weeks or months at a time after.

2)Sony Ericsson brick phone - still functions although I don't use it.

3)Blackberry - was a gift from an ex. Still functioning. Don't use it anymore.

4)Chinese QWERTY phone with TV - bought it for the novelty of watching local TV stations on my phone. Still working to this day it's over 3yrs old.

5)HTC Sensation - my 1st ever flagship phone. I've rooted it an run Android Revolution custom roms on it ever since I discovered how to root. Changed batteries for this device a few times over the years but it still works. I keep it as a memento of my 1st ever rooting success.

6)Innos D9 - China made phone that has a huge battery capacity. If you take off the back cover the batter actually takes up almost 70% of the phone. I've rooted this as well but kept it stock rom. This is my dedicated music player as it can stay on for 5 days straight on a single charge. Takes 12hrs to fully charge though.

7)Samsung Note 5 - my phablet. I use it as my personal phone because I love the camera on it. It's rooted but stayed stock rom.

8)Cloudfone Thrill Access -re-branded Wiko U Feel Lite. This is my work phone.

But I only carry around the Innos, Note 5 and Thrill Access. Along with 2 powerbanks mainly to recharge the work phone and note 5.

In February I'll be in the UK for a couple of weeks, when I will buy a Lebara or Lycamobile pre-paid SIM, which includes pre-paid data and very cheap calls to China. But at the same time I still wish to receive texts from China Unicom, things like bank accounts, flight bookings, etc. I'm only taking the Oppo R9 Plus with me to the UK, and my MacBook Air as well. :)

BTW most people don't get international service from Chinese carriers, things like roaming and international calls, I'm a "VIP customer" apparently. :thumbsupdroid:

Only one that I carry (an old smartphone and an old dumbphone in a drawer as backups). Wouldn't want the clutter of more than one in my pockets.

I have my iPhone 7+ as daily driver, Note 3 for all my music, Evo V for the 3D camera to catch certain really amazing moments (It is gimmicky but I love it!).

Would you be able to cope if your dumb phone managed your data connection to the Android?
No call functions on the Android.
Nope, because it's only a 3G connection. And there's no way for me to tether the connection, either. Good thing I'm not too far from some decent, open Wi-Fi hotspots.

I have 2 phones, but only carry one at a time. The iPhone 6 is for work and the Nexus 6P is for personal use. When I'm at work, I switch my personal phone to airplane mode (effectively turning it off) and turn on my work phone. When I leave work, I turn off my work phone and take my personal phone off airplane mode. I also work on call 7x24 rotating weekly with other colleagues. I forward my work phone to my personal phone, so I don't have to carry 2 phones around after work when I'm on call.

On my person.. 3..my Daily driver - (rooted) lg g stylo 2 plus.. My media/game and 2nd line - ZTE zmax pro.. And my car stereo / media phone - (rooted) lg g stylo.. I don't feel so weird anymore.. It's boring where I work.. And entertainment is key to not sleeping on the job.. Also.. It's cheaper than buying one big 128gb phone to do all that.. Now I can talk on the phone.. Watch Netflix or terrarium.. Yt etc.. And play bully without a thing disturbed lol
