Samsung S5 "offline" when on WIFI

I'm not sure if this is the right forum so mod can move somewhere else if more appropriate.

When my phone is on mobile network everything is fine but on WIFI, it seems that sometimes it can be "offline".

Things that sometimes happen are:

- I miss a call on messenger and 2-3 minutes later I get a message for missing call
- I get message 2-3 minutes later on messenger
- when I open messenger, I can't see who is online or when people were online and after ~1 minute I can see
- when I open whatsapp, I can't see who is online or when people were online and after ~1 minute I can see

I'm not sure is this phone problem or apps problem..

Do you have a "phone manager" or "battery saver" installed that may be disabling apps or wifi when the screen is off?



*I used quotes as most of these types of apps are snake oil and often to more harm than good. Very few of them even do anything good.

Nope, none of those applications.

Reset how? What do you mean?

Is it only happening on your home WiFi network or any WiFi network that it connects ti? If it's only happening on your home WiFi, try rebooting the WiFi router

Happens on different WIFI networks.
btw this problem exsist for more then a year so it might be a phone problem.
