change default "share with"

I frequently use Twicca on my LG tablet (android 5.0.1). Sometimes I like to share tweets to Pocket and sometimes I like to share by email to friends and relatives. Recently when I hold down on a tweet by default it saves it to Pocket but I am not given the option to share to Gmail etc. as I always have been able to in the past.

When I go to the Application Manager in Settings and bring up Twicca there is no option there to Clear Defaults and when I did a Clear Data it restarted the everything but still sharing to Pocket was automatic with no other options available to me.

Any ideas how to clear that as the default option?

Try bringing up pocket in application manager and clearing the default there.
