Problem with notification bar - Motorola Moto G4 Plus

When I swipe down on my.notification bar I get double or an old screen shows (check screenshot) does anyone have a fix? (Turn up brightness all the way to see)

Not sure I understand the issue. Can you explain more?

Do you mean when you swipe you go to this screen instead of notifications? If so, some ROMs have a "quick settings" option where if you swipe from either left or right part of the notifications bar they take you straight to it.

When ever I swipe.down to see notifications it has an old.screen in the background

Did you get an OS upgrade lately?

Hi, both screens seem to show the same apart from your highlighting.

It looks very much like the 'quick settings' menu which on my HTC M9, I bring up by either a 'two finger' pull down of the notification bar or two successive single finger pull downs.

Hi, I noticed in one of your other posts that you have a Motorola Moto G4 Plus. The following shows the 'quick settings' menu for your device. Accessing it is the same as on my HTC.

If it is happening with a single pull down, you could try a 'wipe cache partition' to see if it will sort it.

Go to Settings>About. I don't know which device you have but Android 7.0 introduced many changes.

Its called screen ghosting it can not be seen in the image that you sent but you can see in your phone. this is an common issue with no fix except a temporary fix which is blue light filter app
