Alcatel pixi4 issues

My alcatel pixi 4 does not let me view certain websites...sais its been blocked..or certain downloads have been blocked..sais download blocked even tho its checked off in settings/security to download apps for other spots. Hit me up someone who has a fix..tried factory reset.nothing

It will usually give a reason the site is blocked. My work give this page when i try to visit gaming sites.

Well no then ill get a regular the site can not be found or might have moved etc..and not just that but I think my wife loaded spyware..cuz I seen my history on her email in gmail today. But im not even signed in to her email on my phone.I tried loading android market and wouldnt let me..when I try to click on the website to go to alcatel.com to try an reinstall to o.g s*=# for this phone it forwards me to a .us i believe or .net.

I'm using an Alcatel pixi 4 6" right now and I have never had an issue with web sites, so whatever the problem is I don't think it has anything to do with the phone itself. I use Chrome only, but you might try another browser to see if that's your problem.
