My camera says it is not available - Camera

What device are you using? Are you using the stock camera app? Have you tried a 3rd Party one?

Have you tried rebooting?

A little more info would be helpful :)
 
What's the K7, is that an LG?

Try clearing the cache and data, if that fails, backup your data and factory reset.

If you still have the error, it's most likely a hardware problem.
 
As above, try a factory reset then. Be sure and backup anythimg you want to keep first

If you still get the same sreor messages, it's most likely a hardware issue with the camera.
 
One other thing you can try.... Restart the phone in safe mode- does the camera work?

  1. With the screen on, press and hold the Power key.
  2. In the options menu that displays, press and hold Power off.
  3. 'Restart in Safe mode' prompt will display.
  4. Tap OK to restart in Safe Mode.
  5. Device will display 'Safe mode' at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Check camera

If it works then a 3rd party app may be hijacking the camera.
 
I would advise a Wipe Cache Partition.
If the problem still exists ...
Reload into Safe Mode
... if the problem goes away ...
it was caused by an app that you added
... if the problem still exists ...
Factory data Reset
