Google play Store

Unfortunately in the Play Store app you can't sort by price, but in a browser you can sort by Free and Paid apps after doing a search.

Really? How? I downloaded a couple of app stores yesterday too- those are pretty cool. One was ... I don't remember. I'll know in a second as soon as my phone restores..
 
After you use the search box with a browser you should see an option to sort by price in the Play Store, example searching for "weather":
