ROOT GONE WRONG HELP

I have a HTC Desire 510 and I tried too root it was working fine connecting to my pc and all and connecting with the ADB. When I flashed the Twrp....it screwed up. The phone works perfectly. I am just unable to factory reset it. The recovery option will not work it will go to development build page then go right back to boot loader screen. And the factory reset in the boot loader screen also sends me to developer build page then right back to bootloader. When I factory reset the phone it turns off and up comes BOOTLOADER. what can I do to fix this issue and get of of them problem I want to be able to factory reset and stuff the phone is relocked also.

There are 2 different recovery images. One is for international devices and the other one for the USA. Sounds like you flashed the wrong one.
