How did my camera become disabled and how do I fix it

What do you mean? How is It "disabled"?

I don't know how it became disabled. I've been trying to get as much info as possible in order to fix it but no luck. And, honestly, I don't know how to take a screenshot.
Go-to settings, apps, look for the disabled list, find the email app, click on it, choose enable. Now it's there again...

No luck on that one either.
Go to the play store and install a camera app. Problem solved

I tried downloading 8 different camera apps which don't work either. No luck. I was hacked about 2 weeks ago and brought it to metropcs. It took them 7 days to fix my phone. Maybe I am still being hacked and it PISSES ME OFF!

Maybe Metro fixed the phone and jacked up the camera. It happens sometimes.
I've had a faulty USB port replaced on a Note 2 and then when I got the phone and brought it home, the antenna was faulty. No signal. They fixed it but still.
So the phone was recently repaired by a third-party? Could be that they botched the camera. Take it up with whomever done the repair I think.
