Help How To Fix Custom Binary Blocked On A Samsung Galaxy Core Prime?

Every time I try to turn on my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime in the top left corner it says "Custom Binary Blocked by Reactivation Lock. SECURE FAIL: KERNEL." I have no idea why/what this is or how to fix it as I'm not very tech savy and so I really need help lol. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you!
 
If you can get it into download mode, you could try flashing the stock firmware.
Has anyone else had access to your phone recently? Custom Binary Blocked and Secure Fail: Kernel sounds like someone tried to root the device.
What is the complete model number and I'll try and locate the stock firmware.

The model number is: SM-S820L, and yes someone has had my phone when I was away
last month and I just got Monday which is when I got it back. And I myself have tried rooting this phone countless of times with no success but wasn't the last time I had had it when it was still working, but I did try to just about a day or two prior to that.
