No Sound on "ok google"

New Galaxy S8....and I am not getting a sound notification after saying "OK Google!"

Google opens...and there is a vibration...but no sound.

Yes...sound is on....
Yes..media is all the way up
Yes..bluetooth is off

This was happening with my S6....and I had to turn SWITCHES on to get OK google to give a sound.

Any other ideas? Does it work on your S8?

Just like on the S6....going to Accessability and turning on Switch Access....enables the OK Google Sound. But you shouldn't have to do that !

It's a Google glitch... Doesn't work on many phones after they released an update

Same thing happened to my S7 phone and Galaxy Tab. Turning on Switch Access without actually selecting a switch worked. But recently my tablet kept opening Switch Access to make me select a switch. So I got the Clean Master Lite app from the Play Store. Then there is a Clean Master option under Accessability settings. Turning that on restored the OK Goodles chime without any of the side effects of Switch Access or the other Accessability options.
