Custom Text Notifications

Hi! On the lg v10 you used to be able to assign a contact its own text notification tone. I was also able to silence other contacts by themselves... I cant figure out how to do this on lg v20! Please help me.
 
Omg. I feel like a moron now. Lol... I was getting frustrated and now all of a sudden I can have the settings how i want them!
