SD Card Help Needed

Hello, I've got a ZTE Maven Z831 and whenever I insert my micro SD card it says that its corrupted, then when I try to fix it by formatting it it says it's still corrupted, but then gives me an option to set it as either mobile or internal storage. My goal is to set it as internal, but when i try to it gets stuck at 20% for a minute or so and stops and then shows me an error message. Please help, I've been working at this for hours with no results.

Use your PC to format the SD card

I'd like to say that the card works perfectly fine on my pc, just not on the phone, and that i was messing around with it. I just might need to repair it.

ALSO, I WAS able to set it as internal storage earlier, but switched it back by formatting it on pc because i forgot to select "move now"

I had the same problem and i tried and ended up throwing away 3 different sd cards because it was telling me the same thing but was working before in a different phone. I finally got tired of buying sd cards and gave up on it. So if anyone has a solution to this problem that actually works I would love to know what to do.

I had the same problem when I was using cheaper SD cards.

Once I started using SansDisk the problems stopped.
