Help Keep battery charge between 40 % - 60 %

is there an app or other method to keep my battery charge between 40 % - 60 %, i let my tablet permanently plugged in over USB and want to reduce battery wear.

There are many apps in Google Play Store that you can set you're high and low notifications. I use Taking battery notification.

Notifications isn't exactly what i want i want, i kinda want to manage it automatically and not bothering to plug it out and in again multiple times a day ...

Someone has experience with sending these notification to PC and turn the USB off for that port while it is above the max level?
