Call forward conditional is enabled

I have bought a one plus five.. earlier it was working fine ..now it's showing error while calling ..'call forwarding conditional enabled'
I can't call ..call disconnects and the above mentioned error pops up...
Please help

Have you looked into your settings in your phone to make sure you didn't accidentally adjust call forwarding settings and now it's erroring out?

It's a possibility that the settings are being changed remotely. I've been having that issue on my phone but it's kind of unbelievable to AT&T.
