Help HTC One M8 - Stuck on the HTC logo

Hi,
My phone is stuck on this white screen.
I've already tried several things: fastboot, recovery, factory reset, etc. None of them worked.
Anyone has a solution for this?

Context:
I dropped my phone in water. This problem happened after that. Maybe while I wiped the device with a cloth I pushed a combination of buttons that caused this.

How long has it been since you dropped it in the water? It might not be thoroughly dry yet.

I'd say 12 hrs ago.

And what did you do to dry it?

If a phone misbehaves after being dropped in water you don't worry about pressing some buttons while drying it (there's no button combination that does this anyway). You worry that water got into the device.

Turn it off, put it in a sealed bag of dessicant (uncooked rice works if you don't have anything else) for a couple of days, not hours. No promises though, especially if it has been powered on while wet inside.

Maybe you just "need" to reinstall the ROM from the bootloader ?
Even if it doesnt make sense cause he felt in water.
I do have the same problem as you. Im trying to reinstall a ROM

I'll let it dry for a couple of days as suggested above and I'm gonna try again.
Let me know if reinstalling the ROM worked for you. I'll try to do the same after it has thoroughly dried.
