Help Pocket dial question for fingerprint unlock

Vraggeol

Lurker
I have fingerprint unlock on my Lenovo K6 Power (Android 7.0). Sometimes I inadvertently unlock the phone in my pocket. Is there any way to either

1) require pressing the power button first prior to fingerprint unlocking, or
2) enable pocket dial prevention for the fingerprint unlock (as when I push power button when the sensor is covered, it wouldn't start).

Thanks in advance.

How are you unlocking accidentally in pocket with your finger? You have your hand in the pocket? Put the phone in a different pocket then, or don't hold the phone.
Thanks for the offtopic, I have to do this now. It looks like there isn't the technical way to accomplish what I try to do.

It's not OT, because to me, and I quote your OP...

That sounds like you're putting your hand in your pocket with your phone, and your finger is touching the fingerprint sensor, which would unlock it.

I may have been too brief, sorry.

But short of building your own firmware/custom OS for the device, you can't accomplish this AFAIK.
