My galaxy note 4 switches off even when the battery level is above 60%

Please help! My galaxy note 4 switches off unexpectedly even when the battery level if above 60%, especially after a few minutes of browsing the Internet. The phone also switches off automatically when I have low batterry and put it on charge.

I'm frustrated. Please help.

Sounds like it could be the battery is finished and needs replacing. Galaxy Note4 has been around for quite a while now, but the battery is user replaceable and not sealed.

I had similar issues. I finally got a new battery and it turned awesome!
