How can i know if a tablet is original or not? There s no simcard in it

I coonected to kies & it blinked its name then disappeared asking for smartswitch.
SM-T580 is a wifi model, there is no SIM, the slot available is SD slot.
SM-T580 is new model and only work with Smart Switch.
The only way to verify it's original is to open the case, all tapes should be original : green tape. The serial number must match
with the serial number on stickers: one on the back cover and one on the battery.
However, as long as it's working serial number matching is not a big deal. Used ones usually have different serial number due to
mainboard swapping because the original is not working.
