Issues with my G5 plus

When I open my contact app it does not open or shows up.
When I open my camera app it also shows camera issue. It takes 4 to 5 attempts to open the camera.


While I want to upadate the apps from play store some times it does not update the apps by mobile net.


Please help.

Do a factory reset. It should fix all these issues

Well, I would suggest that as a very last resort, but since the OP hasn't been back in 11 weeks, let's hope they got it resolved
