Remove wifi

What do you mean by totally removing WiFi?
If you're giving the phone to someone and you don't want them to have access to WiFi you can try using an app lock from play store. Even thou they're not the best
Otherwise why do you want to do it

Taken literally, 'removing' your phone's WiFi capability is not a realistic option. If you don't want to use it, just disable it in your Settings.

If I'd only could get a phone with talk and text I would get it. Wifi and Internet has it's place. But in our daily lives we don't need this wifi and Internet in our communities, as every time you don't use wisely it can be a sin, and this is what the devil uses to temtate the poor souls.

Maybe possible to do with a specially built custom ROM, i.e. it's built for the Galaxy J7 but doesn't have the WiFi hardware drivers included or they're disabled, or rooting the device and disabling the WiFi hardware drivers with the appropriate modifications. Both of which are non-trivial tasks of course.

I'm glad to try anything to remove it, just tell me how, I'm sure there is a way.

I'm sure there's a way to do it. But I don't know myself, I'm not a developer. By far your easiest options though is just to use basic flip-phones, calls and messaging only, that don't have internet on them,
