Did this L70 topic really die?

Dear friends, from what I saw, this here, died. No new ROMs (I think by employing the developers with their due obligations). And also by the lack of interaction of users. Developers are more focused on LOS, and forgetting about the other ROMs! :thumbsupdroid:

I don't think it is dead, I have a feeling youll probably see lineage 15.0 sometime. However, don't quote me on that. Anyway, maybe you could develop a tomorrow for this phone. So long as you have a big enough hard drive, you can build. You will need to setup Linux and several other things though.

Thanks for the tip. But there's no point in me trying now, having a hard job so they can get the LOS 15. They will not leave so soon ...

As one of the (ex)developers for this device, I think L70 received tremendous amount of love and support :) Such a little trooper! but. It received not one, but two major andorid upgrades (Lollipop and Marshmallow) which is, for a low end device, quite a marvelous feat. I was very happy with it, but I guess for all of us it's time to move on. I enjoyed every moment of developing new ROMs for it and it was my pleasure to share my work with you guys :)

On a slightly different note, I think that custom ROM scene has really slowed down lately, as people seem to be more and more satisfied with stock ROMs. That makes me a bit sad, tbh.
