Help HTC ONE M8 - Cannot Access Call LOG

Hi Everyone,

My HTC M8 has recently update its firmware but now I no longer have access to the Call log.

Earlier I just used to go in the 'Phone' Icon and Swip left to have access to the log. But this option no longer seems to be available.

Does anyone know how to access the call Logs

Hi, welcome to Android Forums.

From your description it sounds like you are referring to what is 'Call History' on my M9 (apologies if I'm wrong).

Have you checked your 'Edit tabs' status to make sure the update hasn't changed it?

Do you know by any chance how to enable time stamp for old sms. Currently only shows 'today' or message received today and 'yesterday' for message received yesterday.

For older message it does not show anything. Previously it used to shoe the date and time.

Both my M9 and M7 have always shown historic date and time, not restricted to the last two days, on each message. If yours has been affected by the update I can't offer any solution, but as an alternative have you tried tapping each message, you should get an 'Option menu' with 'View message details'. Not as convenient but still effective.
