My Iris can't be read, what can be the problem?

it's simple.

read the manual. it will explain to the letter how to set up the phone.

if you feel the phone does not respond as the instructions state, contact samsung and get tech support involved, or return the device.

My Iris can't be read, what can be the problem?

The surrounding lighting can cause this issue. O had to leave the store to get it to work. Extreme sunlight causes this issue also
