Process stopped

My Samsung galaxy tab E keeps getting this pop up saying Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped. How can I get it to stop? What made this start? Please help me

Howdy!
I would assume this happens when you go into the dialer or contacts?
Have you tried to just reboot the device to see if it solves the issue?
Could be just a simple glitch

How do I do that

Reboot just means to turn the device off, then power it up again. You may get that option to "reboot" when you push and hold the power button, or simply the option to turn the device off.
