Volume boost

On my phone (LG Rebel 2):

1. Start the phone app
2. Selecrt Options
3. Select the Call Settings option
4. Select the More option
5. Scroll down and set the Hearing Aids option.

Sorry, I should've mentioned this before: I'm running Android 5.1 stock from Nexus (recently flashed)
