My calls r being dropped volume going up on it's own when I set it on silent it rings when I talk it always echos

Quite frankly it sounds like it couid be carrier network problems, especially dropped calls, echos, etc. How long has it been going on for? Contact your carrier and enquire about it.

Agreed. Echo is usually a service problem, as are call drops. Volume/silence issues could be software, damaged button or similar (a damaged button might account for it turning the ringer back on when silent too). Absolutely nothing here sounds like a hacked device to me.

Volume going up when it's supposed to be down it's a freezing symptom..besides of advised by our guys, there could be also an app throwing a feet...

-Make sure your device has the latest firmware installed. 😉
