Help Anyway to set the weather widget to show both current and hi/lo temperature for day ?

I've had to install a weather widget that will, Transparent weather widget from the play store
For some time now my goto weather info has been Google's accessed by the shortcut. It gives temperature, rainfall and wind at hourly intervals throughout the day for the current day and tomorrow with a 10 day reduced info forecast.
To put the shortcut on your homescreen enter "weather" into the Google search bar then tap the 3 dot menu button top right and tap "Add a Home screen shortcut".

Transparent has some nice-looking widgets for the home page, but it doesn't seem to refresh until manually opening it. So, it shows the morning temperature when it is nighttime. I could not find on settings how to set a more frequent refresh update setting???
Goto weather and location settings, refresh periods, and set to your desired time
I don't see that setting specifically. If you could give me a step-by-step, much appreciated....
I just posted the screens to get to the refresh rate here in this thread: In search of a weather app...
I set it for 15 minutes and I have an HD animated screen graphic (the one you see) plus the phone is on high performance all day. i have no issues with this tiny bit of polling data from the weather app.
