Can’t decide between Moto X4, G5 Plus, or G5S Plus

I played with the X4 the other day and really liked it. Feels good in hand and is sharp looking (except the camera bump). I would have liked it better if it had a little bigger screen, but it is bright and colors looked good to me.
My only concern/complaint with the G5's are no NFC, that would be a deal breaker for me. I've not played with them but they look nice and I do know the G4's (friends have them) and they are really nice phones.

Yeah I use Apple Pay a lot and would hate to get a phone that doesn’t have NFC. Is Android Pay built into phones like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, or is it a separate app you have to download?
It's been a bit since I set a new phone and I really don't recall. I sort of am pretty sure it probably is though.
edit: even if it isn't it's no big deal to install it. Love me some Android Pay
