How do we revert to the version prior to this week's update?

I don't have hours to try and reset everything that changed on my mom's phone so i'm wondering how to go back to the way the phone was last week before this update really messed up the appearance and position of basically everything.

No, sorry. Once an update has been applied, you can't easily revert. You say appearance and location were the problem? Is it possible that your mom was running a launcher other than default and the update switched the launcher back to TouchWiz?

No it's the same.. it's no big deal i'll just have to change settings on everything that's different.

Two people have posted so far and I just had it happen also.. the battery will only charge to 91%. Left it in overnight even and in the morning it was at 91%. The other poster said to fix this we have to take out the battery and put it back in. I'm just wondering if we can report this bug to developers as we're not the only two people having this problem i'm sure. We have another Galaxy model as well so i'll have to check that and see if it's limited to the J7.

I'm just glad to know I'm not the only one having similar problems. It's like the whole update just made everything feel like it's draining fast from everything you do on the phone. Like watching a video on YouTube, before at most it would go from 100% to at least 97% but now it's like goes to 89% from watching one video. Sorry to hear you're also having problems.
