System UI crash

There are a ton of things that could contribute to this, particularly if you've modified the device in any way.

  • Is your 6P stock, locked, and unrooted?
  • What is your current build number? Are you on the stable 8.0 release or the 8.1 beta?
  • Are you using the Substratum rootless theme engine?
  • Do the crashes continue if you reboot into Safe Mode?

Thanks for your response. I have been following all the rules...meaning it is just stock. I noticed this a few.months ago. I use my phone for a lot of application testing so I don't know if there is a particular app that is causing the conflict. I guess I might have to do a reset and don't restore from previous backup and see how it goes from there.

I am on 8.0.0
 
Rebooting into Safe Mode would help to confirm whether it's an installed app causing the issue or if there might be something else going on.
