Check that the Bluestacks virtual Android machine is configured for network access, like are the Bluestacks drivers correctly installed? Are you using any third-party firewalls on your PC? See if the Blustacks browser can access websites.

Another thing with Rovio games and depending on where you are, which country, you might need a VPN to play things like Plunder Pirates, as they lock out countries where their games are not officially available, e.g. China.
