The S8 keyboard sucks.

I used to use the HTC 10 and before that I used the HTC One, great phones until they get laggy, HTC had an outstanding and efficient keyboard and I imagine with these phones being both Android phones that I'd be able to download the HTC 10 keyboard onto my S8. After that this galaxy would be perfect.

Download the a1.type keyboard from the play store. Best one in the store. Problem solved.

HTC uses the keyboard designed by Touchpal. There is a free version on the Play Store with ads. You'll have to buy the ad free version.

The most popular alternatives are Gboard and Swiftkey.

Both those keyboards are good, but if you're looking for a keyboard with every accent mark, and diacritical marks for various languages, a1.type is the one.

Just download a differet keyboard. That is the beauty of Android.

I use the Google keyboard..use it...pretty good

Swiftmoji keyboard is actually the best keyboard I found even if it's name sounds dumb, this keyboards lit! ☺️

I strongly recommend the G-Board! This is the Google keyboard and its excellent! Many themes and languages too!

Ya that's what I'm using too... Very smooth and consistent and with many features as well with good themes too as u mentioned

My choice for keyboard is SwiftKey, it supports multiple languages (without reading to switch) and all the accents and punctuations you'll need. Give it a spin.
