Can't play any videos on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

Facebook: It remains buffering...
Instagram: A reload icon appears and nothing happens after tap on it.
YouTube: Video screen remains black and only audio works

This is quite strange, so I'm wondering wether a system application for video playing is installed or not.

Android version: 6.0.1
 
Did you make any recent changes? Any New apps?
If you didn't reboot your phone you should definitely try that.
Otherwise clear cache of all apps (search online for 'clear cache for [name of your phone])
Or tell us what phone you have, so we can guide you on how it's done.

By rebooting you mean hard reset?, because I did it yesterday. My phone is HTC Desire 650, I'll try to clear cache.

Rebooting means restarting (turn off, then back on)
If you did a factory reset or hard reset, that automatically clears cache. In short I'm out of ideas :(
