Help Samsung S8 KNOX *fixed*

I received an android update this morning. I have the SAMSUNG GALAXY S8 SM-G950F (International Version)which was purchased through GET IT NOW (Rent a Center)... Its worked fine, until todays update... After the update...

KNOX CONFIGURATION tried updating the profile... In doing so, it gives me the error "Security Policy prevents the use home key" when pushing home key, and "use of hardware key" when using the key to open recent apps... It tries to update the profile, downloads the content, installs and then and gets to the end and says LICENCE ACTIVATION FAILED.. error 32502 (Check internet Connection)... I know it has a connection, I have been using the internet and talking to people since. How do I fix this? I keep trying to get it to activate the license but It wont... rendering these keys useless..

I tried doing a factory RESET as well... Didn't fix it

"International Version"
can mean it was actually a grey import from another region or country. I don't know GET IT NOW, but sellers on Ebay and Amazon can often describe Samsungs as "international version" for a grey imported phone, sometimes from Hong Kong or something.

I wonder if it's to do with Samsung's region lock, that they put on their Galaxy devices, to try and kill the grey market trade in Galaxy S8, Note8, etc....Did the carton it came in have a seal similar to these on it?
