Bixby doesn't work

Just curious if anyone else can't get bixby to work? Anytime I tried to setup the voice commands and read the sentences it would say it was "too noisy" try again...even in a dead silent room. Finally remapped to Google Assistant... That works pretty great

I hate, abhor bixby, I remapped it the day I bought my s8 plus 📲
