Hello, I've been recently trying to download music into my smartphone. I own a Moto G4 Plus and I bought an 32GB original SanDisk card that I formatted as Internal Memory (Android 7.0). These are my questions:
Upon connecting my phone to my PC and choosing "Transfer Files" instead of just charging, my computer shows me a window that says "Internal Shared Storage" with a total space of 10.9 GB, of which 4.20 GB is now occupied.
How do I put music into my phone from my computer somewhere that's not its Internal Storage?
If the storage is 'shared' isn't it supposed to show the internal storage of the phone plus the 32GB of storage from the SD Card?
Is the formatted SD Card only good for storing apps? 'Cause that's the only thing currently getting in there it seems.
Thank you very much for you guys' help, in advance.
