What is this icon on my screen

I somehow have gotten a icon on my screen. It will not go away. It appears to have something to do with messages. It will sometimes say, when touched, No text found at that location. It will stay on any screen I move to. Homescreen, online, or any other screen. It shows all the time and covers up stuff that I am trying to see. Any ideas on what this icon, I am calling it that anyway, is and how to removed it are appreciated.

If you long press on the image does another icon appear at the top or bottom of the screen that is a circle with an X?

If it does ... drag the first icon to this icon and it will be deleted.

No options like that. Exactly what is making this a mystery to me. It is not a regular icon but it looks like a message icon. If I press it the background turns blue. Seems to stay that way until I press it again.

You could go in to Safe Mode rather than reset.

This icon could be disabled in settings>accessibility>vision>select to speak>off

It's made for the visually impaired so that they can click on anything and it will read it for them

Nope I factory reset and it messed something else up. I have been in contact with the seller and am returning it. Next time I know just where to go to get the answer I need. Oh and to be more patience with the problem.
