Apps Installation Permission/ AndroidOne

Hi, My Xiaomi a1 with AndroidOne OS keeps asking me for permission of apps Installation permission. This alert comes in every 10 minutes and I keep reject installation permission of such apps. Most of these permission coming from Google and facebook.

These alerts very annoying, so can anybody can help to fix this? Thanks a lot

Why does Facebook keep on trying to install apps, that doesn't sound right at all. What version of FB are you using, and where did you install it from?

Is it asking to install apps or asking you to grant permissions to apps you have already installed?

In recent android versions the user can control the granting of many (but not all) permissions. You are asked to do this when an app first tries to use that permission. Some apps ask for all permissions they need when you first run them (and may shut down if any are refused, thereby putting you in the old position of having no control other than to accept all or not use the app), but others really do just ask when they try to use them. And some of those, when refused, will just make another request later. I've one app that's like that, and handled it by disabling notifications from it as described above, but I can imagine some cases where an app might stop at some point (e.g. if you deny it something it uses for authentication it will eventually refuse to run).

So I can't see FB installing apps (putting nags in its own app to install Messenger is something different), but I can imagine it asking repeatedly for a permission you may have denied it.

If it's actually the permission to install apps then it's obvious that certain Google apps will need that, but FB shouldn't and shouldn't ask.

Thanks very much for your help/explaination. They keep asking for installation of new apps. I have found that all these notification asking for permission of installation of new apps come from Google Adds and FB audience net works. I could not find choice but to choose 'No installation' thank you, each time seeing such notification. The screen shot attached is one of the notification that keep annoying me.

How to fix this as my friend phone (Xiaomi a1) bought same time and did not have any single Adds like myself facing? Thanks for your help.

Ok, these are ads so it's a matter of finding the app responsible. I doubt it's the Google app itself, most likely this is just telling you whose service is being used by some other app.

First thing: try 20 minutes in safe mode. If you get none of these ads that will confirm that it's one of the apps you have installed rather than a built-in app. Then it's a matter of working out which.
