New System update - Security Patches on VZ

I just got a notice my phone is getting an update package from VZ. I assume it's another bi-monthly security patch and other fixes update and not full kernel update but it is another 740+mb download.

I got a V20 update to Version US99610n tonight. Anyone know the details on this update? Still Nougat 7.0, Kernel 3.18.31, but the Security Level changed to November 6, 2017.
