Problems with my network

I have a zte 981 .. It's not unlocked yet.. So I bought the code from the internet since 3 weeks ago, but nothing has changed.. I use device unlock for trying to unlock it but it keep telling me your device is not eligible. I don't know what else to do.. Why it takes too much time.. I thought T-Mobile was a safe company.. I spend so much money to get my phone unlocked.. Am I going too loose my money?
 
Both metro and T mobile changed the way their phones unlock. You now have to of had 3 months of service before you can unlock it. So yes you waisted money buying an unlock code. Which if I remember correctly when I had the Zmax Pro all sites selling unlock codes stated that the code would not work with T mobile or Metro.
 
Hmmm.... You bought it from someone... It didn't work... You're upset you wasted so much money... And you're asking if you should buy it again?

No it won't. If you go over what I said once you have had service for the set time then the unlock app that is on your phone will unlock the phone for free. If it doesn't work then you need to call your providerand talk to them. When I had my Zmax Pro mine unlocked fine.once it had been 3 months but my sons didn't. So I just called them to find out what was going on and they fixed the issue while I was talking to them.
 
Since when did this change? I bought an unlock code from ebay and was able to unlock my zmax pro after only two months. Cost $22.00, and used the device unlock app so I could bring my phone to tmobile.

Get your money back and buy a code off of someone else, you should have no problems unlocking that phone!
