Smart Lock

Not even tried it. The FP scanner is so quick and reliable that I usually have it unlocked before I've lifted it to the point where I can see the screen, and if the display times out it's virtually no inconvenience to wake it. Hence I've not bothered with other unlock options.

Does the pixel have to be rooted to use this FP scanner?
