8GB of unknown data (Help)

I just formatted my ACER Liquid Z530 but this 8GB of unknown file is taking up ALL of my Phone's space... please help thanks

That's not one file, it's the size of your system partition. You won't see details because it requires root to look into it. When you say you formatted your phone, was that a factory reset? Logs, cache, texts and email can really bloat up a system partition if you don't pay attention. (Currently mine is almost 10GB) :(
 
So i just did a Factory Reset on my ACER Liquid Z530 but this 8GB of unknown file is taking ALL of my Phone's memory space... how do i remove this?

I did a 'Clear data partition' earlier today but still, there's still 8GB :v
 
The data partition and the system partition are two different things. Try and app called SD Maid to see if you can clear some of the cache bloat.
