I have my aunt's galaxy tab e from sprint. I am trying to get it to work without the SIM card. Help!?

What exactly are you trying to do? should be working fine with a sim present.

It has an error message that keeps saying 'no SIM card please insert and restart'

Throw an old sim in it and see what happens. It should work fine as a Wifi only device.

Ok I did that, but now it wants to be activated, a slightly less obnoxious manner, it pops up randomly, and tells you to activate it with every app used.

This is what I get when I do that. And it doesn't go away.
