How to re install software

Hi I'm new to this site, glad to be part of it! So I should start with my question: how do I re install android 7.0 back in my galaxy S7, after trying to root it ( I know, I shouldn't play in there). I sent the phone back to store where I got it. But there not much better than me I believe. Phones there for 4 days now.....I read on another site, something about reflashing the phone with a zip file on a SD card? Anybody could help please..I'm already paying too much for that phone! Thanks :)
 
I tried using a software that I can't even remember the name loll, and it ended up rebooting all the time by itself. I don't think it was "bricked". Like I said I think I wiped all data out and phone just kept coming back to the Samsung logo again and again.
 
If you can get it into download mode, then you can most likely recover it. Do you have the phone back yet?
 
Not yet they are telling me they almost got it fixed..I'm giving them until Friday.I'll let u know what's happening anyhow. Thanks for comming back. :)
 
I donno but it shows 899.99$ (can)on the box..if they f it up, they gonna spit me another brand new one...phone's 3 weeks old. Thanks again for now
